William IV Mahogany Round Dining Table
William IV Mahogany Round Dining Table
$0.00
The large circular top veneered with highly figured mahogany and double cross-banded: with an outer band of radiating mahogany and an inner band of cross-grained goncalo alves. It is supported on a boldly formed pillar, carved with leafage and gadrooning and resting on a triangular platform stretcher with concave sides supported by triple splayed legs, each enriched with paneled sides, reeding and scrolled ends.
This rather large and bold William IV period mahogany circular dining table has THE most wonderful warm color and patination to the top.
The temptation of the color and grain was, and is, irresistible.
